DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ETHOS CAPITAL A ORDINARY SHARES

In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Kagiso Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Kagiso”) has notified the Company that accounts under its management have increased their holdings in the Company such that Kagiso now holds 10.28% of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
