DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ETHOS CAPITAL A ORDINARY SHARES

In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Public Investment Corporation Soc Limited (“PIC”) has notified the Company that it has increased its beneficial interest in the Company such that PIC’s total interest is 5.041% of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
