In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised as follows:
In terms of section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, Ethos Capital has received formal notification that Kagiso Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Kagiso”) has transferred a portion of the beneficial interest in the A Ordinary Shares of the Company to a client’s own share portfolio, such that the total interest in Ethos Capital now managed by Kagiso on behalf of its underlying clients, has decreased to 8.77% of the Company’s total issued A Ordinary Shares.
The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
