Kevin is a Non-executive Director of Ethos Capital.
He is head of operations at Bedell Management Services. He has experience advising Fortune 500 multinational companies operating across a variety of sectors. He also has experience in establishing Mauritian Global Funds taking into account international tax and regulatory and compliance aspects.
He also serves as a director on the board of directors of numerous global business entities as well as funds operating in the financial services sector of Mauritius and in that capacity is involved in investment and divestment decisions and in developing strategies, approving budgets for these entities as well as their day-to-day operations.
He specialises in advising private equity fund managers, investment advisers and financial institutions in structuring, setting up of fund structures in Mauritius and in providing fund administration and accounting services and in the general administration of a management company.
He holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
